Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Experienced Mechanic to join our dynamic automotive repair team. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of vehicles with precision and efficiency. Your expertise will ensure that every vehicle leaving our shop meets the highest standards of safety, performance, and reliability. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with diverse automotive systems, including diesel engines, transmissions, suspension, and electrical components, while providing exceptional service to our valued customers. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive diagnostics using automotive electrical systems, schematics, and advanced tools to identify issues accurately. Repair and overhaul mechanical systems such as engines, transmissions, suspensions, brakes, shocks & struts, and powertrain components. Conduct routine maintenance tasks including oil changes, tire service, wheel alignments, and vehicle inspections to ensure optimal performance. Utilize hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and other mechanical devices to execute repairs efficiently. Interpret technical manuals and schematics to troubleshoot complex automotive problems effectively. Work on ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems), air brake systems, and auto electrical systems with precision. Provide excellent customer service by explaining repairs clearly and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the service process. Requirements Proven experience working in the automotive repair industry with a strong background in dealership settings preferred. Extensive knowledge of automotive suspension systems, transmissions, and mechanical systems repair. Familiarity with automotive diagnostics software and schematics for accurate troubleshooting. Ability to perform vehicle maintenance tasks such as oil changes and tire services efficiently. Strong mechanical knowledge combined with proficiency in using hand tools and power tools. Experience working on GM vehicles or similar makes is advantageous. Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on quality workmanship and safety compliance.
