What You'll Be Doing As Director of Nursing, you'll provide overall leadership for nursing and clinical operations, with responsibility for approximately 55 team members and 24-hour clinical accountability. You'll work closely with the Administrator and interdisciplinary leadership team while overseeing: Nursing and clinical operations Resident care and clinical quality Nursing staff leadership, coaching and development Staffing and clinical coverage Regulatory compliance and survey readiness Quality assurance and QAPI initiatives Infection prevention and resident safety Clinical policies and procedures Documentation and care standards Resident and family satisfaction Continued development of nursing leadership Who We're Looking For We're especially interested in nursing leaders who know the skilled nursing/LTC world and understand the importance of compliance, surveys, quality and resident-centered care. You may already be a DON , but you don't necessarily have to be. A strong ADON or Nurse Manager with significant skilled nursing leadership experience could be an excellent fit for someone ready to take the next step in their career.

Required:

Active Massachusetts RN license Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) and/or Long-Term Care (LTC) experience Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and current skilled nursing requirements Leadership experience managing and developing clinical staff Experience with CMS surveys, QAPI, infection prevention, MDS, care planning, quality improvement and survey readiness is highly desirable. BSN preferred.

Compensation & Benefits Salary:

$120,000-$140,000 annually Exceptional candidates may be considered above the stated range. A sign-on and/or relocation bonus may also be available, subject to approval.
