Full Job Description Role Overview Job Summary :

Acts as a senior clinical leader bridging facility-level nursing teams and corporate operations to standardize care, mentor local Directors of Nursing (DONs), and enforce health standards for RegalCare of MA.

Reports To :

VP of Clinical Key Responsibilities Regulatory Compliance :

Ensure all regional facilities adhere to state, federal, and CMS guidelines, managing survey preparations and state health inspections.

Clinical Quality & Audits :

Monitor patient care standards, conduct regular documentation and chart reviews, and implement corrective action plans.

Staff Leadership & Training :

Mentor local Director of Nursing coordinate regional training curricula, and assist with clinical recruitment needs.

Budget & Operations Support :

Collaborate with executive directors to manage nursing budgets, staffing ratios, and medical resource allocation.

Qualifications & Requirements Licensure :

Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license.

Education :

Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) required; Master's Degree (MSN or MHA) often preferred.

Experience :

5+ years of progressive nursing experience, including 3+ years in multi-facility or facility-level nursing leadership (such as a DON or Resident Services Director).

Travel :

Regular local or regional travel between assigned facilities. [1]
