Key Responsibilities \~ Execute and maintain Planograms (POGs) according to company merchandising standards and guidelines. \~ Set, organize, and replenish merchandise to ensure products are properly displayed, priced, and readily available. \~ Ensure accurate product placement, shelf arrangement, signage, and promotional displays. \~ Monitor inventory levels and communicate out-of-stock, overstock, or merchandising issues. \~ Follow all company safety, operational, and merchandising procedures. Qualifications \~ Strong understanding of product placement, shelf organization, and retail space optimization. \~ Excellent organizational and time-management skills. \~ Strong attention to detail and ability to follow detailed instructions. \~ Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with store teams. \~ Comfortable using mobile devices, merchandising applications, and basic computer systems. \~ Ability to lift, move, and organize merchandise as required.
