Compensation:
$120,000 - $160,000

Position Description You will lead all clinical operations for the facility, with full oversight of the nursing department, clinical quality and regulatory compliance. Working alongside the Administrator, you will manage nurse staffing and scheduling, own survey readiness, and drive the quality outcomes that shape the building's reputation and census. This is a full time, on-site leadership position with real authority over how care is delivered. Qualifications Active Maryland RN license in good standing, BSN preferred 3+ years of nursing leadership in a skilled nursing facility as a DON or ADON Working knowledge of federal and state long term care regulations and the survey process Experience managing nurse staffing, scheduling and a departmental budget Strong track record in quality assurance and clinical outcomes Responsibilities Lead and develop the nursing department, including hiring, scheduling and retention Own regulatory compliance, survey readiness and plan of correction follow through Drive quality metrics and the facility's QAPI program Oversee clinical assessments, care planning and resident outcomes Partner with the Administrator on admissions, census and interdisciplinary decisions If you're a skilled and compassionate Director of Nursing looking for a challenging and rewarding opportunity in a Skilled Nursing Facility, we want YOU to apply!
