Location:
Michigan (Multi-Site Leadership Role) Lead Nursing Excellence Across a Growing Behavioral Health System Trillium Health is seeking a dynamic, strategic, and results-oriented Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) to provide executive leadership and oversight of nursing operations across our inpatient psychiatric hospitals. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced nursing executive to shape clinical excellence, strengthen nursing leadership, and drive quality outcomes throughout a growing behavioral health organization. The CNO serves as the senior nursing executive for Trillium and is responsible for advancing clinical quality, patient safety, regulatory compliance, workforce development, and operational performance while ensuring consistency in nursing practice and standards of care across multiple facilities. Qualifications Education Master's Degree in Nursing (MSN) required. Master's Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field preferred. Doctoral degree preferred. Experience Minimum 3 years of psychiatric nursing experience. Minimum 3 years of nursing leadership or executive nursing management experience. Experience overseeing nursing operations across multiple healthcare facilities preferred. Strong background in quality improvement, regulatory compliance, accreditation, and performance management.
