Job Description

Empowered Staffing is partnered with an assisted living and memory care organization that is seeking a Director of Nursing to join their team in Saline. As the Clinical Leader of the facility, you will oversee and mentor the nursing staff, ensure high-quality care, and drive compliance initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure resident care is delivered safely and respectfully Supervise nursing staff and coordinate with healthcare providers Oversee medication administration systems and audits Conduct resident assessments and maintain care plans Respond to family and resident concerns Ensure compliance with state and federal healthcare regulations Recruit, train, and support the care team members
Qualifications:
Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with an active state license 2 years of experience as a DON in Assisted Living Knowledge of dementia and Alzheimer's care preferred Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Proficient with electronic charting and basic office software Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and be on your feet for extended periods
Pay:
$70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
