CVS Pharmacy is seeking friendly, dependable, and customer-focused Retail Service Associates to join our team. Retail Service Associates play a key role in creating a welcoming customer experience while supporting daily store operations and helping keep the store organized and running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide friendly, helpful, and professional customer service. Assist customers with locating products and answering questions. Operate the cash register and accurately process customer transactions. Stock merchandise, maintain displays, and keep shelves organized. Receive and put away merchandise and help maintain accurate inventory. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment. Support promotional activities and merchandising initiatives. Assist with maintaining front store and checkout areas. Address customer concerns and seek assistance from leadership when needed. Work as part of a team to complete daily store tasks and deliver positive customer experience.

Qualifications:

Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not required. Strong communication and customer service skills. Dependable, positive, and willing to work as part of a team. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/move merchandise.
