Responsibilities:
Oversee the provision of nursing services in accordance with our community's mission and philosophy Develop, implement, and evaluate care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary care team Ensure compliance with all relevant state and federal regulations, as well as St. John's Lutheran Community policies and procedures Foster open communication and collaboration with all staff members, including physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals Recruit, train, and mentor new staff members, while providing ongoing support and guidance to existing staff Manage and coordinate the delivery of care services, including medication administration, wound care, and pain management Ensure accurate and timely documentation of resident care and services Participate in quality improvement initiatives and committee meetings to drive continuous improvement Promote a culture of compassion, respect, and dignity for all residents, staff, and family members
Requirements:
