What You'll Do Serve as the Interim DON or DHS for skilled nursing and assisted living communities. Lead day-to-day clinical operations while ensuring regulatory compliance. Coach, mentor, and support nursing teams through leadership transitions. Partner with the Administrator and interdisciplinary team to maintain exceptional resident care. Assess clinical operations and implement improvements quickly. Complete required clinical documentation and state reporting. What You'll Need Required Qualifications Current Minnesota RN license in good standing. Working knowledge of Minnesota long-term care regulations. Valid driver's license. Preferred Qualifications Compact RN license. Experience with Medicare/Medicaid survey readiness. Minimum of one year of experience as a DON, DHS, or in an equivalent nursing leadership role within skilled nursing or assisted living.
