Job Description

The Nursing Lead As Director of Nursing, you'll provide clinical leadership that keeps resident care safe, consistent, and compliant-while guiding a strong, accountable care team. This full-time role is scheduled Monday-Friday with a call rotation and offers $110,000-$120,000 annually plus bonus potential. Key responsibilities include clinical oversight and supervision of nursing/care staff; supporting resident acceptance decisions; ensuring assessments and service agreements are completed per regulation; partnering with residents and families on care planning and communication; participating in on-call coverage as needed; and helping manage staffing and overtime to support the budget.
