•$10,000 Sign-On Bonus This is a leadership role for someone who wants to make a visible difference. You're not just managing nursing operations. You're helping guide a team, strengthen resident care, and build a positive workplace culture in a long-term care setting where your leadership will matter every day. In partnership with the Administrator, you'll guide nursing practice, support staff, and help shape a culture of quality, safety, and resident-centered care.

What you will do:

Sign-On-Bonus:

Must be a new or returning employee to Gundersen Health System $5,000 paid after 6 months and $5,000 paid after one year of employment as the DoN.

$86,216.00 - $134,721.60 per year
