The Impact You'll Make As our Nursing Director , you will serve as the cornerstone of our care program, overseeing the daily operations of the nursing department while providing hands-on support, guidance, and training to the direct care team. Key Responsibilities Leadership & Staff Development Provide strong, positive leadership to the nursing department while mentoring and supporting direct care staff. Coordinate and deliver training programs to promote staff growth, quality care, and clinical excellence. Care Management & Collaboration Partner with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary team members to develop, implement, and coordinate comprehensive person-centered care plans that support both mental health and physical wellness. Quality Assurance & Compliance Ensure regulatory compliance, safe medication administration practices, timely physician communication, and quality outcomes for residents with complex mental health and physical care needs.
