We're looking for a dynamic, experienced, and dedicated professional to join our nursing facility team as the Director of Nursing. The Director of Nursing will play a pivotal role in leading the nursing department, ensuring the delivery of compassionate and high-quality care to our residents.

Responsibilities include:

Provide leadership and oversight to the nursing department. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulatory requirements. Oversee recruitment, training, and retention of nursing staff. Support professional development opportunities for nursing staff. Conduct audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement. Collaborate with other departments to ensure comprehensive and person-centered care.

Requirements:

Licensed as a Registered Nurse in North Carolina In-depth knowledge of state and federal regulations governing long-term and skilled care. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to develop and implement effective nursing programs.
