In this role, you will lead our clinical quality and compliance programs, expand the client base through consultative engagements, provide ongoing education and manage the field staff. Job Requirements Flexible Hours Based on Client Needs Participate in In-Home Client Assessments and Education Build Service Confidence with Referral Partners Ensure all Policies and Procedures are Current and Adhered to Prepare the Agency for Joint Commission Accreditation Assess Client Needs and Set Plan of Care Reassess Client's Plan of Care per Regulations Verify and Certify Care Giver's Competency Evaluate Field Staff Performance per Regulations Report Clinical Metrics and Client Status to Senior Leadership Weekly Ensure Complete and Accurate Information is Documented within the ABS and MABS Application Support a Culture of Excellence and Enthusiasm Where People Thrive Qualifications Registered Nurse Wound Care and Infusion Experience a Plus Case Management a
