Director of Nursing (RN) - Senior Living A growing senior living organization is seeking an experienced Director of Nursing (RN) to lead clinical operations and oversee the nursing team within our community. This role is responsible for maintaining high standards of resident care, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting a strong clinical team. What You'll Do Lead and oversee daily clinical and nursing operations Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations Oversee resident assessments, care plans, and documentation Hire, train, and mentor nursing staff Partner with leadership, families, and physicians to support resident care Monitor quality assurance and clinical outcomes What We're Looking For Active RN license in good standing 2+ years nursing leadership experience Experience in senior living, assisted living, memory care, or long-term care preferred Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills What We Offer Competitive salary Benefits package Paid time off Growth and leadership opportunities If you are a compassionate clinical leader who is passionate about serving seniors, we encourage you to apply.
