Job Description
Assistant Director of Nursing - Full Time Salary Range $110,000-112,000/year PLUS full benefits including 401K Chelsea Senior Living in Bergen County, NJ is seeking a vibrant and caring Registered Nurse to join our leadership team. In this position, you will have the opportunity to serve the elderly population and support them at the community using your clinical expertise. The ADON will assist the Director of Nursing in overseeing clinical operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, supporting wellness staff, coordinating resident care, and promoting the highest standards of quality and service.
