The Magnet Program Director is responsible for leading activities required to attain and maintain ANCC Magnet Status. This role includes but is not limited to, planning, coordination, education, and collaboration about Magnet recognition, serving as a resource for Shared Decision-Making Councils, facilitating and overseeing the preparation of all Magnet documentation and interim reporting. Reports to Network Magnet Designation Director and Campus Chief Nurse Officer.
