As an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) at Meadowbrook Respiratory and Nursing Center, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standard of compassionate care is provided to our patients. Our 5-star rated center, recognized by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid, offers a range of services including Skilled Nursing, Short-Term & Long-Term Care, Rehabilitation Services, and Behavioral Care.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure high-quality care Provide guidance and mentoring to nursing staff, promoting professional development and a positive work environment Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions Develop and manage the nursing department's budget and resources Participate in quality improvement initiatives and patient safety committees Foster strong relationships with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
Requirements:
ADON certification required 2 years of experience in a similar nursing leadership role Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities Strong knowledge of nursing standards, regulations, and best practices Why join us?
