Responsibilities:

Help train, teach, and monitor nurses. Manage clinical operations and develop care plans. Ensure nursing staff follows departmental procedures and policies. Assist in budget preparation and expense management. Conduct patient rounds and address complaints. Evaluate the performance of the department and recommend improvements. Ensure compliance with state, federal, and local standards. Keep patient and employee records updated and accurate. Report directly to the Director of Nursing.

Requirements:

Current Nevada Registered Nurse license Bachelor's degree in Nursing (or equivalent) Minimum 2 years of experience in a long-term care setting Proven leadership and management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills What we
