ASST DIRECTOR OF NURSING, F/T

to join our progressive team. The main responsibility for this position is managing the overall operation of the nursing department in accordance with state and federal standards to ensure the highest level of quality care is being maintained at all times. The ideal candidate will be a RN & have management experience as a DON or Asst DON in a Skilled Nursing Facilityas well as supervisory experience in LTC & Risk Management & have excellent customer service skills, have evolved emotional intelligence, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
