What You'll Do:

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee nursing operations, including staffing, training, and quality assurance Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of nurses and healthcare professionals Support the development and implementation of individualized care plans and clinical protocols Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to optimize resident care and quality of life Serve as a liaison between the nursing units and the Director of Nursing Ensure the delivery of exceptional and compassionate care to our residents Participate in quality assurance monitoring and ensure compliance with regulatory standards Identify opportunities for improvement and help implement innovative approaches to nursing care Support resident and family satisfaction by promoting excellent communication and service Assume the responsibilities of the Director of Nursing in their absence

What You'll Bring:

Qualifications of an Assistant Director of Nursing include: Valid New York State RN nursing license Advanced degree or certification preferred Previous nursing leadership experience in Long-Term Care or a similar healthcare setting Strong clinical, leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills Commitment to resident-centered care and excellence in healthcare delivery Visionary mindset with a focus on innovation and quality improvement Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care Interest in the nursing needs of the aged and the chronically ill with the ability to work with both Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment Why Join Us?
