RESPONSIBILITIES

Unit Management. Provide onsite management of the facility; oversee the delivery of patient care and any issues that arise; ensure proper documentation; facilitate professional collaboration with all staff and providers; maintain a safe environment for patients, visitors and staff Leadership. Mentor and coach staff in clinical and behavioral events; facilitate patient flow by assisting staff in decision making; function as an inter

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Current New York State Registered Nurse License Basic Life Support (BLS) Combination of equivalent education and experience will be considered Minimum of two to three years of RN experience

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) Leadership experience
