Key Qualifications:

Active RN license in good standing Proven experience as an RN in the Emergency Room (ER) setting ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications required Strong assessment, triage, and clinical documentation skills Ability to work efficiently under pressure and adapt to rapidly changing situations Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Responsibilities:
