We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Director of Nursing (DON) to lead the clinical team at our Skilled Nursing Facility in the Schenectady Area This is a key leadership role responsible for maintaining our exceptional standards of care and continuing our tradition of excellence in resident outcomes and staff satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily nursing operations to ensure delivery of high-quality, person-centered care. Lead, mentor, and support nursing staff to uphold performance and morale. Maintain compliance with all state, federal, and facility policies and regulations. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to promote seamless care coordination. Monitor quality indicators and implement continuous improvement initiatives to sustain our high star rating.

Top Requirements:

Valid RN license in the state of New York. At least 3 years of nursing leadership experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting. In-depth knowledge of CMS regulations and survey readiness. Proven leadership, communication, and team management skills.
