AOM Healthcare is seeking an experienced Travel Director of Nursing to provide clinical leadership and operational support across its skilled nursing facilities throughout Ohio. This role is designed for a strong DON who thrives in dynamic environments and can step into facilities as needed to provide leadership, support transitions, assist with survey readiness, and strengthen clinical operations. The ideal candidate has a proven track record as a Director of Nursing within the skilled nursing setting and is comfortable traveling between multiple buildings.
