We are seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to join our nursing leadership team. The ADON will work closely with the Director of Nursing to oversee daily nursing operations, support nursing staff, maintain quality standards, and ensure excellent resident care.

Responsibilities include:

Assist the DON with daily nursing operations Supervise and support RNs, LPNs, and nursing assistants Help ensure compliance with state and federal regulations Assist with surveys, audits, and quality improvement initiatives Monitor resident care and documentation Provide staff education, coaching, and follow-up Assist with staffing and clinical concerns as needed

Qualifications:
