Responsibilities Develop and execute strategic plans to enhance nursing services and improve patient outcomes across all departments. Manage departmental budgets effectively, ensuring optimal resource allocation and cost control. Lead, mentor, and evaluate nursing staff to cultivate a motivated, skilled, and compliant team committed to delivering exceptional care. Oversee education administration by coordinating ongoing training programs, professional development initiatives, and compliance with licensing requirements. Collaborate with hospital administration and interdisciplinary teams to align nursing practices with organizational goals and regulatory standards. Implement quality assurance measures and monitor performance metrics to maintain accreditation standards and elevate service quality. Foster a positive work environment that encourages leadership development, innovation, and teamwork among nursing personnel. Qualifications Proven experience in management within healthcare or educational settings, with a strong background in nursing leadership. Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, budgeting, and operational management within a complex organization. Extensive knowledge of healthcare regulations, accreditation processes, and compliance requirements. Experience in education administration or teaching at a university level is highly desirable. Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire teams and drive organizational change. Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) is required; advanced degrees such as MSN or higher are preferred.
