As an Assistant Director of Nursing, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our nursing department, including supervising a team of nursing professionals and collaborating with other leaders to develop and implement effective care plans. Your expertise will enable you to identify and address any issues that may impact the quality of care, and you will work closely with our medical director to ensure that our facility is always meeting the highest standards of care.Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily operations of the nursing department, including scheduling, staff management, and education Work closely with the medical director to develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs of each guest Collaborate with other leaders to identify and address any issues that may impact the quality of care Supervise a team of nursing professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent patient care Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations Participate in quality improvement initiatives to continuously improve patient outcomes and satisfaction Ensure that all staff members are provided with the necessary training and resources to deliver high-quality careRequirements:
A Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related field At least 1 years of experience in a healthcare setting, with a focus on nursing leadership A valid RN license in the state of Ohio Strong leadership and supervisory skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectivelyWhy Join Our Team:
