Role:
As a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA), you will work under the supervision of a physical therapist to provide physical therapy services to our guests. You will assist with patient evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and implement therapy programs to achieve specific goals and outcomes. You will also work closely with our interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
Responsibilities:
Assist physical therapists with patient evaluations, assessments, and treatment plans Implement and modify treatment plans, including exercises, activities, and modalities Conduct daily treatments, interventions, and monitoring of patient progress Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress and treatment plans Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members Participate in staff meetings, education, and training sessions Collaborate with the physical therapy team to achieve department goals and outcomes
