State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) - Night and Day Shift Positions Covington Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Job Summary We are seeking dedicated and compassionate State Tested Nursing Assistants (STNAs) to join our team at Covington Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation in East Palestine, Ohio. As an STNA on our night and day shift teams, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care in a supportive and innovative environment.
