Role:

As an ADON at Newark Rehabilitation, you'll be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our nursing department, ensuring that our patients receive high-quality care and support.

Your duties will include:

Leadership and Operations:

Directly supervise and mentor a team of nursing staff, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of exceptional patient care.

Quality Improvement:
