We are a small facility with a stable census, not a ton of admissions and discharges and we are looking for the right fit for this which is a very unique building. We are searching for someone either at the beginning of their nursing leadership career or an established leader with a proven track record of success and longevity in past positions. The right candidate will want to work in an environment where they really get to deeply know their residence and staff, someone who wants to invest in building something stable and special.
