Sand Springs, Oklahoma Sand Springs Nursing & Rehab is looking for an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to join our leadership team! This is a great opportunity for an experienced nurse ready to grow their career and take the next step into clinical leadership.
What You'll Do:
Provide leadership, guidance, and support to nursing staff Participate in care planning and quality improvement initiatives Support compliance with facility policies and state and federal requirements Communicate with residents, families, physicians, and the interdisciplinary team Help identify and address clinical concerns
