This opportunity is suited for an experienced RN leader who understands the demands of leading nursing operations in a skilled nursing environment. The Director of Nursing will have responsibility for clinical operations, nursing team leadership, regulatory compliance, quality outcomes, and the overall delivery of resident care. The ideal candidate will be a strong clinical leader who can develop a nursing team, create accountability, and work effectively with facility and organizational leadership. Qualifications Active RN license or ability to obtain Oregon licensure Director of Nursing, DNS, ADON, or comparable nursing leadership experience Skilled nursing, post-acute, long-term care, or closely related experience Strong understanding of state and federal regulatory requirements Experience developing, supporting, and leading nursing teams Ability to oversee staffing, clinical quality, survey readiness, and day-to-day nursing operations Leadership approach that balances accountability with staff development and support What Are You Looking For Next?
