As the Director of Nursing, you'll oversee all clinical operations, ensuring the delivery of exceptional care to our residents. Key Responsibilities:
Lead the Nursing Services Department, ensuring high standards of care and regulatory compliance Oversee and develop individualized care plans and clinical assessments Manage departmental budgets, including staffing, equipment, and supplies Respond effectively to emergencies and unexpected clinical challenges Mentor and support staff development and performance Collaborate with leadership on continuous quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications:
Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Oregon BSN preferred 3+ years of nursing leadership experience (Skilled Nursing Facility experience preferred) In-depth knowledge of restorative and rehabilitative nursing practices and long-term care regulations Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
