Supervise and mentor nursing staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and standards of care. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement resident care plans. Monitor and evaluate nursing care to ensure quality and resident satisfaction. Participate in budget planning and management related to nursing services. Implement policies and procedures to enhance nursing care delivery. Provide leadership and support during emergencies or challenging situations. Conduct regular audits and assessments to maintain high standards of care. Serve as a resource for nursing staff regarding clinical practices and protocols. Qualifications of an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) Registered Nurse (RN) with current licensure in Pennsylvania. Proven experience in a nursing leadership role, preferably in long-term care. Strong clinical and managerial skills.
