We are seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to join our leadership team and support excellence in clinical care, staff oversight, and regulatory compliance. Position Overview The Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) supports the Director of Nursing (DON) in overseeing daily nursing operations and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. This leadership role plays a critical part in maintaining high standards of care, staff performance, and clinical outcomes.
