Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) - RN Premier at Perry Village | New Bloomfield, PA Full-Time Premier at Perry Village is seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Director of Nursing (RN) to support our Nursing Services Department. If you're a compassionate leader with a passion for quality care, we'd love to meet you! Responsibilities Plan, organize, develop, and direct the daily operations of the Nursing Services Department. Participate in interviewing and screening residents for admission. Review nurses' notes to ensure proper documentation of treatments, medications, and resident conditions. Conduct daily rounds to observe resident care and identify needs. Communicate with physicians and visit selected residents regularly. Assist the MDS/Care Plan Coordinator with planning, scheduling, and revising MDS assessments, including implementing RAPs and triggers. Qualifications Registered Nurse (RN) with 1+ year of leadership experience as an ADON, DON, or similar role in long-term care. Experience with the geriatric population strongly preferred.
