REQUIREMENTS

Valid and active RN license Leadership experience and the ability to identify issues and propose solutions History of implementing nursing policies and procedures Experience in skilled care and/or patient care facilities preferred Encompass a "patient care first" belief and puts those beliefs into practice Values a team and possess the ability to work collaboratively with others
