Hiring immediately Director of Nursing (DON)•Skilled Nursing About the Role We're hiring a Registered Nurse, Director of Nursing (DON) for a 120-bed Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation facility (Long-Term Care + ~25-bed Subacute Rehab unit) in North Central, PA . This is a great opportunity for an experienced DON—or a strong ADON ready to take the next step—to lead with a collaborative, supportive style and help provide stability through continued organizational growth. What You'll Do Lead nursing operations across LTC and Subacute Rehab Supervise and support a leadership team that includes: 2 Unit Managers 2 RNACs Drive quality outcomes, compliance, and survey readiness Partner with leadership on infection prevention (shared with Unit Managers) Coach, mentor, and develop nurses and nurse leaders Build relationships and implement change thoughtfully over time Director of Nursing (DON)•

Skilled Nursing What We're Looking For Required:

Active RN license in State of PA Skilled Nursing / Long-Term Care experience Nursing leadership experience (DON, ADON, Unit Manager, etc.)

Preferred:

2+ years of nurse leadership experience mentoring or developing a nursing leadership team within a Skilled Nursing or Long Term Care setting.
