In this role, you will supervise and mentor nursing staff, ensure safe, high-quality, resident-centered care, and support compliance with state, federal, and company standards. You will coordinate care plans with an interdisciplinary team, assist with staffing, training, and scheduling, and help drive quality improvement initiatives in our faith-based, mission-driven environment focused on dignity, compassion, and continuous improvement.
