Strong management skills with experience in school administrative director roles or similar leadership positions. Deep understanding of state-specific education laws relevant to healthcare training programs or school-based health services. Exceptional staff supervision abilities combined with personnel management in education or healthcare environments. Demonstrated instructional leadership in education with a focus on continuous staff development and team management. Ability to lead at an executive level with excellent communication skills that inspire teams and foster collaboration. Extensive experience in education administration, university-level teaching or training programs related to healthcare or nursing fields. Skilled in organizational development, team leadership, and implementing innovative solutions for complex challenges in health or educational institutions.
