Job Summary and Qualifications The Nursing Administrative Director Women's Services ensures high quality, patient-centered care through 24/7 responsibility for the performance and results of multiple areas. The Nursing Administrative Director fosters a culture of accountability and collaboration and directs the development and implementation of strategies, policies, and procedures in support of facility and/or market objective. Medical City Arlington is a level II trauma with 3400 deliveries per year, Level

III NICU

program and is an academic teaching hospital.

EDUCATION

Master's degree Nursing preferred Bachelor's degree Nursing required

CERTIFICATION/LICENSURE

Current RN Texas or compact license required Current BLS required Specialty certification preferred

EXPERIENCE
