Collaborate with executive leadership on organizational planning, policy development, and program implementation. Requirements Proven management experience in healthcare settings with a focus on nursing leadership or similar roles. Extensive knowledge of state-specific education laws related to healthcare training and certification requirements. Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, budgeting, and organizational financial management. Strong background in staff supervision, personnel management in healthcare environments, and team leadership. Experience in health services administration with a focus on quality assurance and compliance standards. Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. $100,534.61 - $105,000.00 per year
