Responsibilities:

Assist the Director of Nursing with the management of daily nursing operations. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and facility regulations. Support staffing, scheduling, and nursing department oversight. Monitor quality measures, clinical outcomes, and resident care standards. Conduct audits, investigations, and follow-up on clinical concerns. Assist with staff education, coaching, and performance improvement. Participate in survey preparedness and regulatory compliance activities. Promote a positive, collaborative, and resident-focused environment.

Qualifications:

Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred. Supervisory or leadership experience preferred. Strong knowledge of state and federal nursing regulations. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to lead and motivate a multidisciplinary team.
