What You'll Need Graduate of an accredited nursing school with a current, unencumbered RN license in the state Prior experience as a Director of Nursing strongly preferred; geriatric care experience a plus Willingness to complete our training and competency evaluation program and required orientation Good to Know As with any role in our facilities, employment is contingent on a health screening (and TB test, if required) within your first two weeks, a drug screen within 90 days of hire, a clean criminal background check, and proof of identity/work eligibility within 3 days of hire — standard steps we walk every new hire through.
