Avante Rehabilitation Center is seeking a dedicated Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to help lead our nursing team in delivering exceptional care to our residents. Position Summary The Assistant Director of Nursing works closely with the Director of Nursing to oversee daily clinical operations, ensure quality resident care, maintain regulatory compliance, and support the development of a high-performing nursing team. Key Responsibilities Assist in the management and supervision of nursing staff. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and facility regulations. Support quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives. Monitor resident care and clinical outcomes. Assist with staff education, training, and competency development. Participate in scheduling, staffing, and employee performance evaluations. Help maintain a positive, resident-centered environment. Collaborate with physicians, therapists, residents, and families to ensure quality care. Qualifications Current LVN license in good standing. Previous supervisory or leadership experience in a skilled nursing or rehabilitation setting preferred. Knowledge of long-term care regulations and clinical standards.
