- AI Workforce,you will lead the charge in driving AI transformation across enterprise customers by positioning Microsoft's AI Business Solutions-including Copilot, Copilot Studio, Viva, and Cloud PC/Virtualization offerings-as strategic enablers of productivity and innovation.
You will engage business decision makers through consultative selling, develop compelling business cases, and orchestrate cross-functional teams to accelerate adoption and value realization. This role empowers you to shape customer intent, buildpipeline, and deliver measurable impact while deepening yourexpertisein AI sales motions and contributing to a high-performance, learning-driven culture. This role is flexible in that you can work up to 50% from home. Travel percentages will vary according to role. Responsibilities Drive AI transformation deals by conducting consultative selling conversations with business decision makers (BDMs), showcasing the value of Copilot, Copilot Studio, Viva, and Agents at Work.
Act as a trusted advisor by aligning AI solutions to customer priorities, building compelling ROI-based business cases, and qualifying deals effectively.
Accelerate paid Copilot growth through immersive engagements, extensibility strategies, and security-focused narratives.
Partner with others cross-organizationally and support the development of end-to-endsales motions for Copilot Studio and Cloud PC/Virtualization (Windows 365 and AVD), including Intune Suite attach opportunities.
Grow frontline worker (FLW) sockets and Copilot adoption, driving upsell and customer prioritization in collaboration with Digital Sales and Engineering teams.
Support Teams Phone and ME5 opportunities through partner-led motions and orchestrate deal closure with Commercial Executives.
Engage with internal stakeholders to help build new pipeline and secure customer intent to buy by leveraging digital signals, partner workshops, and marketing events.
Maintain accurate account plans and MSX updates, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and consumption milestones.
Coordinate cross-solution opportunities across Security, Business Applications, Surface, and Azure, partnering with ATU, CSU, FastTrack, and other stakeholders.
Uphold compliance by modeling ethical behavior, completing required trainings, and proactively identifying and escalating risks. OR equivalent experience. Other Requirements Microsoft is unable to sponsor a work visa for this role due to the nature of the role's job duties. Preferred Qualifications Master's Degree in Business Administration (i.e., MBA), Information Technology, Information Security, or related field AND 6+ years experience in technology-related sales or account management
OR Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Information Security, or related field AND 8+ years experience in technology-related sales or account management
OR equivalent experience.
4+ years solution or services sales experience.
4+ years of experience forecasting, developing demand and building pipeline, and leading/orchestrating complex, matrixed teams.
1+ year of experience with Generative and Agentic AI
Experience with MicrosoftCopilot and/or Generative AI Technologies
Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and Copilot architecture
Experience buildingAI Agents

- The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $88,000
- $150,100 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $114,500

- $187,500 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $145,600
