This is a unique and intensive on-the-job training program. We are committed to providing an excellent clinical experience for our patients and an amazing work environment for our employees.
Overview:
- This is a multi-month program in which you obtain practical on-the-job training in a facility under the direct supervision of an experienced Director of Nursing mentor.
- Training includes spending time on the floor training while also participating in DON specific training such as attending market meetings, QAPI, Triple Check, PDPM and much more!
- At the end of the program the nurse will have gained knowledge, confidence, and relationships to support their clinical leadership journey.
What we are looking for:
- State RN or LPN License
- Skilled Nursing experience
- Prior leadership experience
